At Crown Pastries, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the nature of our products, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines specific conditions under which refunds or replacements may be issued.

1. Perishable Goods

All of our products are freshly prepared, perishable food items.
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on food products once they have been delivered or picked up.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Missing items

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)

Upon review, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the affected item, or

  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided preparation has not started.

  • Once an order is in preparation or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom orders, large event orders, or special packaging orders cannot be canceled once confirmed.

4. Shipping Issues

Crown Pastries is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays due to weather, courier issues, or events beyond our control

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued:

  • To the original method of payment

  • Within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

6. In-Store Pickup

For in-store pickup orders:

  • Please inspect your order at the time of pickup

  • Any issues must be reported immediately

Once the order leaves the store, it is considered accepted.
